If I have a product based business can I still work with you?
Absolutely! We work with all types of businesses. No matter the stage of business you are in, we are able to help you achieve your goals.
I don't have a business yet but I am thinking of starting, can you help me?
Yes, this is something we can help you with. You have a few different options. You can download some of our freebies or lower priced products to get you started or, if you want more of a conversation, we offer a 45 min call to discuss any ideas you may have. You can find these in the services tab at the top.
I brought a course from you but I want a refund, how do I go about this?
We offer refunds for courses if they have been brought within 14 days of the refund inquiry and less then 20% has been seen. Unfortunately, if you are within 14 days, but you have watched the whole course, we are unable to offer any refund.
I have brought an ebook and read it, I am within 14 days, can I get a refund.
If you have read more than 10% of the ebook or the ebook has been downloaded, we are unable to issue you a refund. If you are within the 14-day period, and you have not downloaded or read more than 10% of the book, a refund can be issued.
